Job Summary:
As a Banquet Steward, you will be an essential part of the banquet team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen and banquet areas. You'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, managing banquet equipment, and assisting in the overall preparation for events. Your support helps create a seamless guest experience during banquets and events.
What You'll Do
  • Ensure all banquet areas, including kitchens and dish stations, are clean and properly maintained.
  • Wash, organize, and store all banquet equipment, utensils, and dishware.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet areas, including arranging tables, chairs, and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and banquet equipment during and after events.
  • Monitor inventory of banquet supplies and report needs to management.
  • Support the banquet team in the execution of events, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean, safe environment.
  • Assist in maintaining an organized storage area for banquet equipment.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
