Responsible for the upkeep of all dishes and trash.

Essential Job Functions:
• Excellent internal/external guest service;
• Scrape and clean dishes, silverware and glassware by hand or automatic dishwasher;
• Wash pots, pans and trays;
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors;
• Responsible for removal of all trash from kitchen areas;
• General all-purpose cleaning and sanitizing of dish room;
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
