- Ensure all bars and bar venues have sufficient glassware to start each shift.
- Clean and sanitize all glassware.
- Remove trash from all work areas.
- Operate dishwashing machines and other industrial cleaning equipment.
- Move equipment and supplies for the food and beverage department.
- Maintain proper sanitation and cleanliness of all bars, including dishwashers, soda pump room, liquor room, beer coolers, and surrounding areas.
- Handle and use industrial-strength cleaning chemicals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional sitting, squatting, and bending.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and visual acuity.
