LanceSoft is seeking a travel Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) Lead for a travel job in Whittier, California.

Job Description & Requirements

(CLS) Lead/Manager – Blood Bank (Temp-to-Hire)

Required Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of recent Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of Blood Bank experience (required).
  • Experience in a hospital clinical laboratory.
  • Strong knowledge of immunohematology, transfusion medicine, and Blood Bank operations.
  • Epic experience required.
  • Experience with hospital Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) preferred.
Required Certifications
  • ASCP – Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
  • ASCP – Blood Banking (BB)
Required Skills
  • Blood Bank leadership and workflow coordination.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving.
