Join our team as a Full-time Summer Seasonal Bank Services Representative

As a Summer Bank Services Representative with Bank of New Hampshire, you are the first point of contact for customers to assist them with their banking needs.

A typical day includes conducting transactions for both deposit and withdrawal, balancing a drawer, providing quality customer service to both external and internal customers - in person or over the phone, recommending (when appropriate) deposit related products and services, ensuring bank security, and work towards both personal and departmental goals.

To be successful in this role, you can perform financial transactions and cash balancing to minimize loss, be comfortable with asking open-ended questions, follow standardized procedures to ensure compliance with bank and federal regulations, operate computers and software, and have strong attention to detail.

Qualifications & Education

  • Skills in cash handling in a retail setting or other sales/service related experience is preferred but not required.
  • Attention to detail and good mathematical skills are necessary
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Travel between branches may be required for training or as necessitated by business needs

Shift: Monday โ€“ Saturday based upon business needs; Overtime pay provided for hours worked on Saturday's even if you didn't work 40 hours during the workweek.

Duration of assignment: May - August/September
