Job description

We are currently seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist I to support our Business Lending Center# Commercial Lending Center

  • Process loan boarding, closing, scanning and input tickler into Global Wave
  • Upload final signed loan documentation including CCR (or CCM) into Global Wave
  • Operate Loan Servicing window to receive loan payments
  • Process Loan Advance and Construction & Multi Advance loan disbursements
  • Process demands, payoffs, and paid off loan processing (collateral release)
  • Process Loan Servicing Requests (system/Code changes, impairment, non-accrual, change of address, ACH/Auto payment setup, delinquent tax data, insurance tickler input, etc.)
  • Input Collateral information and then upload into Global Wave
  • Handle vault filing
  • Handle all invoices

Job Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum Education Level: Bachelorโ€™s Degree
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year
  • Combination of Experience and Education can meet the job requirements: Yes
  • Required: No experience or minimum 1year of experience in banking industry.
  • Required: Knowledgeable in Loan Operations policies and procedures.
  • Required: Knowledgeable in banking, regulations and State/Federal Regulations.
  • Required: Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
  • Required: Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or customer complaints.
  • Required: Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, employees, regulators, or board members.

The salary range for this full-time position is $26.44 - $28.85 hourly + bonus + benefitsย
