About the Role:

Cornerstone Advisors is seeking a Director of Contract Negotiation to join our high-performing Contracts Solutions team. This is a senior, client-facing role where you’ll lead complex negotiations for banking and financial technology clients—shaping multimillion-dollar outcomes and delivering measurable value.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead contract negotiations with third-party technology providers (pricing, business terms, service levels)
  • Advise banking clients and internal teams on negotiation strategy and contract structure
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with consultants, legal teams, and client stakeholders
  • Leverage proprietary pricing data and contract frameworks to drive optimal outcomes
  • Manage multiple complex engagements with minimal oversight
  • Provide real-time strategic guidance during negotiations
  • Protect intellectual property and ensure best-in-class contract standards

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience (financial services strongly preferred)
  • Proven success negotiating complex pricing and business terms
  • Strong analytical skills (including modeling pricing in Excel)
  • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong independent judgment
  • Alignment with Cornerstone’s core values

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience negotiating technology contracts (banking, fintech, consulting, etc.)
  • Existing relationships with banking or credit union executives
  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Experience leading projects and mentoring team members
