Sr. Collection Manager (HUMINT Collection Manager)
Security Clearance:
  • Security clearance required TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one.

Job Requirements
Required experiences:
  • 10 Full time years of experience in a strategic CI-HUMINT Collection Management role.
  • 5 full-time years evaluating IIR's and providing critical thinking feedback to shape operations.
  • 7 full-time years as an intelligence analyst in a Military Intelligence or IC role supporting CI, HUMINT, SR, or other sensitive/specialized intelligence activities.
  • Knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle, CI-HUMINT operations, and CI-HUMINT Collection Management.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
  • Must have knowledge and experience with ICD 203, 206, 300, 501, 704, and 707.
  • Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities, as needed.
  • Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a CI-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.

Required education:
  • Master's Degree
  • DoD or IC Collection Management Certification.
  • US Government all-source MOS or job producing analytical certification course or program. HT-JCOEIA Joint CI / HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course; or DIA Targeting Officer Course (Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC) or equivalent) or Intelligence Community (IC) equivalent.
