Job Summary
Lucayan Technology Solutions is seeking a Senior Collection Manager (ISR) in Tampa, FL. The Collection Manager will be responsible for translating intelligence requirements into actionable ISR collection taskings, coordinating across multiple intelligence disciplines, and producing assessments to support senior decision-makers. This role directly impacts national security by ensuring critical intelligence requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with analysts to determine intelligence needs and develop collection strategies.
  • Convert requirements into ISR collection taskings that satisfy operational needs.
  • Establish priorities, coordinate with sources, and monitor results for accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Manage the registration, validation, and evaluation of multi-INT requirements.
  • Balance time-sensitive requests with standing collection requirements.
  • Produce assessments of current and future ISR collection posture.
  • Provide input to policies, procedures, and doctrine for ISR and collection operations.
  • Identify/document ISR system needs and provide technical guidance.
  • Support ISR-related systems, tools, and processes.
  • Adhere to security protocols and safeguard classified information.

Work Environment
  • Onsite position in Tampa, Florida
  • Mission-critical environment requiring close coordination with intelligence analysts, operators, and technical teams.
  • Less than 10% travel may be required.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI required
    • Must be eligible for polygraph
  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Education & Experience:
    • Master's degree with 8 years of related experience, OR
    • Bachelor's degree with 12 years of related experience.
    • At least 2 years of recent ISR collection management experience.
  • Experience:
    • Proven background in ISR collection management and intelligence operations.
    • Familiarity with multi-INT collection methods

Desirable Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of operations and ISR policies.
  • Experience supporting ISR at the Combatant Command level.
  • Familiarity with emerging ISR technologies and interoperability requirements.
