Relationship Banker:

This role is responsible for hiring, coaching, and mentoring staff; ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance; and fostering strong community relationships. Branch Managers balance strategic growth initiatives with day‑to‑day leadership to achieve branch goals, deepen customer relationships, and contribute to the bank’s long‑term success.
