Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
  • Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle concerns using modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
  • Document diagnostic findings, recommended repairs, and completed work clearly and accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with service advisors, parts personnel, and shop leadership to support efficient workflow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with dealership and OSHA standards.
  • Participate in OEM, technical, and ongoing training to stay current with evolving vehicle technology.
  • Follow all dealership policies, manufacturer requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support service department operations.

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform diagnostics and repairs appropriate to experience level.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
