We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our award-winning service department team...40+ bay service department to provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of technicians through scheduling and assigning work
  • Provide quality, friendly, professional customer service
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
  • Communicate directly with technicians regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
  • Efficiently and accurately ensure quality repair work in accordance with dealerships and factory standards

Qualifications
  • Strong listening skills
  • Service advisor experience preferred
  • Ford, Toyota, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram exprerience preferred
  • Automotive Technical/Trade school degree
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Math, Reading and Basic Computer skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Must have a valid PA driver's license with good driving record
