Malloy Chevrolet of Winchester is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you are the face of the service department. You will be responsible for greeting guests, consulting on vehicle maintenance and repair needs, and ensuring a seamless, transparent experience from drop-off to delivery.
The ideal candidate is a "people person" with a strong technical understanding who can explain complex repairs in a way that is easy for customers to understand. We provide a professional environment where your ability to build trust and provide solutions directly impacts your earning potential.
Automotive Service Advisor Work Requirements:
  • Ability to commute to Winchester, VA required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor preferred

Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally to initiate the service experience
