Hyundai of Greenville is a fast-growing, customer-focused automotive dealership committed to delivering an exceptional buying experience both in-store and online. As more customers begin their vehicle shopping journey online, we are expanding our digital sales strategy and seeking a motivated, results-driven Internet Director to lead our online sales and lead management efforts.

Position Overview
The Internet Director will oversee all online sales operations, digital lead management, and Business Development Center (BDC) activities. This role is responsible for maximizing internet lead conversion, managing digital communication with prospective customers, and ensuring a seamless transition from online inquiry to dealership visit and vehicle purchase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to all incoming internet leads from the dealership website, third-party listing sites, and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Develop and implement processes to increase lead response speed, appointment setting, and sales conversion.

  • Supervise and train internet sales or BDC staff (if applicable).

  • Coordinate closely with the sales management team to ensure appointments and follow-ups are handled effectively.

  • Monitor CRM activity to ensure accurate tracking, follow-up, and reporting.

  • Track and report key performance metrics including lead response time, appointment ratios, show rates, and closing percentages.

  • Work with marketing vendors to optimize lead generation sources and online presence.
