Automotive Internet Sales Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep Hyundai of Bellingham Bellingham, WA Job Type: Full-Time Great Benefits
Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $72,000.00 - $120,000.00; including 20% commission on Front Payable Gross; additional 5% on Front Payable Gross if salesperson meets monthly CSI objective; 2% commission on Back Payable Gross if 12 or more units are sold in a month and customer satisfaction criteria are met; 2% commission on Back Payable Gross if 16 or more units are sold in a month and customer satisfaction criteria are met; subject to terms of pay plan.
