Position Overview

Lumโ€™s Chevrolet GMC is seeking an Automotive Internet Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on responding to and converting internet leads into appointments and vehicle sales. The position includes both inbound lead handling and some outbound follow-up to ensure strong customer engagement and follow-through.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment with significant opportunity for income and advancement. Paid training is provided, and prior automotive experience is not required.

  • Conduct light outbound follow-up with unsold leads and prior inquiries
  • Guide customers from initial online inquiry through dealership visit and purchase process
  • Sell and lease new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Follow up after the sale to support customer satisfaction and referrals
  • Maintain consistent communication to maximize sales opportunities

Compensation and Schedule
  • $48,000 โ€“ $125,000+ annually (commission-based, no cap)
  • Guaranteed training pay for the first two months
