Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDC/Internet Sales Consultants across multiple Tameron locations; drive performance metrics including appointment set, show, and sold ratios, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDC/Internet Sales Consultants across multiple Tameron locations.
  • Drive performance metrics including appointment set, show, and sold ratios.
  • Monitor and manage all incoming phone calls, internet leads, and chat inquiries through the CRM platform.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality communication with customers via phone, email, and text.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices, scripts, and objection handling.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure seamless handoff and appointment success.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and hold team accountable to performance goals.
  • Improve processes to increase lead conversion, response time, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive, high-energy team environment focused on results and growth.

  • Previous BDC, call center, or automotive sales management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
