Job DetailsJob Location: Crossroads Ford of Sanford - Sanford, NC 27332Position Type: Full TimeWe’re hiring motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to join one of the Southeast’s most respected dealer groups. If you’re driven, customer-focused, and ready to build a high-income career, we want to talk to you!
What You’ll Do:- Meet sales goals and drive vehicle sales volume
- Assist customers through test drives and the full buying process
- Present pricing, features, and ownership options clearly
- Deliver an ethical, professional customer experience
- Build repeat and referral business
- Sales experience preferred (automotive a plus)
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and competitive
- Strong communication and people skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license + clean record
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Aggressive pay plan with strong earning potential
