Now Hiring: Route Sales Representative | Phoenix, AZ

Auto-Chlor is hiring for a Route Sales Representative to come be a part of our fast-paced and even faster growing company that's been a national service leader in the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 85 years!

  • Average pay range of $68,000-$78,000 with hourly pay, plus overtime and on call bonuses.
  • Extensive paid training for our Route Sales Representatives who deliver valuable service to customers every day.

What you'll get to do:

  • Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.
  • Communicate with existing customers to resolve any issues and provide solutions that best meet their needs.
  • Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to our customers.
  • Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, as well as upselling and cross selling products.
  • Provide on call emergency service in rotation with other coworkers (every 8-12 weeks).

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
  • Have a mechanical inclination.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 70lbs.
