This role exists to ensure both.Position SummaryThe Vice President, Clinical & Business Operations is a key member of ATA's executive leadership team, responsible for integrating clinical excellence with operational execution, financial performance, and strategic growth.This leader oversees ABA and Psychology operations while ensuring the systems, people, and processes are in place to deliver exceptional care efficiently and sustainably. Success requires someone equally comfortable mentoring clinicians, improving workflows, analyzing business performance, solving operational challenges, and leading organizational growth.Unlike many executive roles, this position remains connected to clinical practice by maintaining a limited billable hours through assessments, starts of care, consultation, or coverage as needed.
