Job description

Center BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Hickory, North CarolinaAutism 360Meaningful Work. Real Support. Better Balance. ✨

You became a BCBA to change lives — not to spend every day stressed, overwhelmed, and running on empty.

At Autism 360, we’ve built something different.

We’re growing in Hickory, NC and looking for a passionate BCBA who wants to do incredible clinical work in an environment designed to support both clinicians and children. Here, you’ll have the structure, collaboration, flexibility, and leadership support needed to truly enjoy the work you do.

Because when BCBAs feel supported, kids thrive.

Why BCBAs Love Autism 360 ????

A Clinical Environment Designed to Prevent Burnout

We believe quality care starts with supported clinicians — not impossible caseloads and constant pressure.

At Autism 360, you’ll work in a beautiful, thoughtfully designed center that allows you to focus on what matters most: helping children grow.

Our Hickory Center Features:

• Outdoor playgrounds and movement-friendly spaces
• Sensory rooms and individualized therapy rooms
• Group learning environments for social development
• Natural opportunities for skill generalization
• Strong staffing and support ratios
• A calm, collaborative atmosphere that feels welcoming and sustainable

This is a place where you can slow down, think clinically, collaborate with your team, and provide meaningful care without feeling rushed every minute of the day.

What We Offer

Compensation ????

• $90,000 - $100,000 salary range (based on experience and competency)
• Up to $20,000 annual bonus potential
• Bonus structure focused on consistency and clinical quality
• No excessive billable hour pressure tied to bonuses

Benefits & Support ????

We invest heavily in our clinicians because great people deserve great support.

Benefits Include:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k)
• 3+ weeks PTO
• Paid maternity & paternity leave
• In-house CEUs
• Ongoing mentorship and collaboration
• Leadership and growth opportunities
• Company laptop provided

Schedule Designed for Real Life ????

Enjoy a schedule that protects your personal time:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No evenings
• No weekends
• No major holidays

And because flexibility matters…

Hybrid Flexibility ????

After your first 90 days, BCBAs can complete up to 10 hours per week remotely for tasks like:
• Parent trainings
• Program modifications
• Report writing
• Administrative responsibilities

Giving you more flexibility and work-from-home balance while still maintaining strong in-center collaboration and team connection.

The Kind of Team You’ve Been Looking For ????

At Autism 360, we’re intentional about the kind of workplace we create.

We want our clinicians to:
• Feel supported by leadership
• Have time to think clinically
• Collaborate with teammates who care
• Grow professionally
• Maintain healthy work-life balance
• Love the work they do again

If you’re looking for a BCBA role where you can make a meaningful impact without sacrificing yourself in the process — we’d love to meet you.
