Job description

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and patient caregiver to provide after-school support for a 34-year-old adult male with autism.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with special needs and possess a calm, positive demeanor. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and creating a safe, supportive environment.
Responsibilities include:
Pick up client from school/program in Jupiter at 3:00 PM
Provide supervision and companionship until 6:00 PM
Assist with simple daily activities and routines
Encourage participation in recreational activities
Ensure safety and well-being at all times
Communicate any concerns or behavioral changes to family/caregivers
Qualifications
Experience working with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Clean driving record
Ability to pass background screening
Dependable and punctual
CPR/First Aid certification a plus

Shaun is a friendly 35 yr old  adult with autism who enjoys routine and benefits from patient, caring support. We are looking for someone who can build a positive relationship with him while providing a safe and structured environment after school.
