Job description

ATHLETIC ASSISTANT
 
 
Terms of Employment: Part-Time, up to 24 hours per week (hours may include morning, evening, and/or weekend hours)
 
Classification: Contracted Limited Term
 
Hourly Rate: $14.00 per hour
 
FLSA Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt

JOB SUMMARY: Assist with athletics activities, including monitoring the walking track, distributing game programs, fan engagement, sideline assisting, laundry, folding towels, game day prep, and equipment storage.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Complete assigned tasks to a satisfactory level.
  • Ability to exhibit behaviors that provide a positive experience for all people attending events.
  • Provide a professional image of SC4.
  • Ability to effectively communicate (both verbally and in writing) and follow outlined processes.
  • Attend training as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
 
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Under the general supervision of the Athletics Operations Manager
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience working with the public, providing excellent customer service.
  • Available to work mornings or evenings and/or weekends.
