As a Senior Program Manager at MKS, you will partner with internal teams to lead complex, high-impact technology initiatives and oversee related projects within a portfolio ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business outcomes. This role translates executive vision into program execution, manages risks and interdependencies, and ensures resources and budgets are optimized across initiatives.
Senior Program Managers provide guidance and oversight to Project Managers, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and resolve escalated issues. They shape PMO standards, champion continuous improvement, and serve as strategic problem solvers-anticipating challenges, driving integrated solutions, and ensuring successful program delivery.
You Will Make an Impact By:
  • Leading multiple related projects within a portfolio to deliver strategic business outcomes.
  • Translating high-level goals into coordinated program plans with clearly defined deliverables.
  • Managing program-level risks, issues, interdependencies, and change control.
  • Aligning cross-functional teams and ensure program resources are prioritized effectively.
  • Providing direction and coaching to Project Managers and other team members.
  • Monitoring program budget and track performance against value and benefit realization.
  • Ensuring all financial trackers are current and reflect accurate accruals, actuals and forecasts.
  • Partnering with Portfolio Managers to support enterprise prioritization and governance.
  • Contributing to PMO practice evolution and driving continuous improvement efforts.
  • Managing program budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships.

Skills You Bring:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
  • 10+ years in project/program management, with experience in complex enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated leadership in organizational change, governance, and business transformation
  • Strategy Execution - Operationalizing strategic goals through integrated program delivery.
  • Cross-Portfolio Execution - Managing dependencies and synergies across multiple programs or portfolios.
  • Advanced Benefits Realization - Measuring and optimizing business value across strategic initiatives.
  • Risk & Issue Governance Implementing controls for escalated risks and high-impact issues.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management - Engaging with senior leaders to influence direction and gain alignment.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Pay Range: $ 125,000.00 - 185,000.00 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
