  • Medical and dental insurance
  • 401(k) plan (no employer match)
  • Generous paid time off
  • Stable, long-term opportunity with an established residential cooperative

Why This Opportunity?

You'll work alongside experienced professionals, oversee a diverse maintenance operation, and gain exposure to every aspect of operating a large New York City residential property. For someone looking to build a long-term career in property operations, this role offers stability, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact within a well-established community.
