Summary:
Assistant Director of Operations - Food & Beverage
The Assistant Director of Operations - Food & Beverage supports Carmel Valley Ranch's commitment to exceptional hospitality, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.
In this role, the Assistant Director assists with all existing locations food and beverage outlets. Working closely with Food & Beverage Directors, Restaurant Managers, Executive Chefs, and resort leadership, the Assistant Director helps foster a strong service culture, drive operational consistency, support financial performance, and ensure the highest standards of food quality, beverage execution, and guest service are maintained across all outlets.
The ideal candidate will possess a well-rounded hospitality background with experience in both Food & Beverage and Rooms Operations within a hotel or resort environment. This cross-functional expertise enables the individual to effectively collaborate across departments, align operational priorities, and contribute to a seamless, elevated guest experience throughout the resort.
Salary Range of $110,000.00 to $115,000.00
