Our Quality Assurance Laboratory Team is looking for Test Technicians in our Palm Bay, Florida office to help the growing demand for power products which support Artificial Intelligence.

This position is responsible for the hands-on execution of electrical testing, data collection, test setup, equipment operation, and laboratory support under the direction of an experienced Test Engineer. A successful candidate will operate automated test equipment (ATE), environmental stress equipment, and laboratory instrumentation while ensuring high-quality execution of qualification down-point testing, failure validation activities, and characterization programs. This role is critical in maintaining laboratory throughput, data integrity, and timely support of engineering investigations.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in semiconductor testing, electronics testing, or laboratory operations.
  • Associate degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or related technical discipline. Equivalent military or industry technical training may be considered.
  • Experience operating automated test equipment and laboratory instrumentation.
  • Experience following engineering test procedures and collecting technical data.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing, reliability, or product engineering environments.
  • Ability to operate Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters (DMMs), Power Supplies, Source Measure Units (SMUs), and Semiconductor Test Systems.
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor device operation and electrical measurements.
  • Strong computer skills including Excel and data management tools.
  • Ability to interpret engineering documentation, schematics, and test instructions.
  • Knowledge of ESD control procedures and semiconductor handling requirements.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
