Highlights:

Highlights: Responsible for maintaining automation solutions and cloud resources that support enterprise operations. This individual will design, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Power Platform and Azure workflows, ensure compliance alignment, and collaborate with IT teams to streamline provisioning and operational processes. The role requires clear documentation, knowledge transfer, and proactive support to maintain a resilient automation environment.

Summary:

The System Engineer shall be responsible to design, implement, and manage complex IT infrastructure systems, including servers, operating systems, and data storage systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance. This individual will be involved in the configuration and integration of systems, as well as to diagnose and resolve technical issues. The System Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and may assist to plan and execute technology projects, while also ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.

Education/Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in a field of study relevant to the current position preferred. At least 2-6 years of experience in a similar or related role required; however, candidates with an equivalent combination of experience, education, certification, and demonstrated proficiency in a similar or related role will also be considered.

Licensure/Certification:

One or more current, industry standard certifications preferred (CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, Identity and Access Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Technical Associate - Data Center Virtualization, Citrix Certified Associate (CCA), etc.)

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    • Familiarity with operating systems, such as Windows Server and Linux.
    • Knowledgeable with VMware, Citrix, Windows virtual technologies
    • Understanding of basic networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
    • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks.
    • Ability to identify and resolve basic system issues effectively.
