Job description

Job: Materials Data Cleansers/Router Data Cleansers/ Finance Data Cleansers
Location: Arkansas City KS - Onsite
Role Type: Contract

As part of the ERP Modernization efforts, the purpose of the material data cleansing/Router Data Cleansing engineer/intern is to analyze all material master information in legacy systems and convert them to a standardized format to improve quality and data clarity to our business processes to enable set up in SAP for site implementation.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing material master data (Item / Part, Commodity code, Location, Classification, Inventory management norms, bill of material etc.) to:
    • Validate existing data for consistency & accuracy
    • Identify & plug any missing data
    • Remove duplicate / redundant data
    • Handle structural errors (e.g. inconsistent punctuation, typos, mislabeled classes)
    • Enrich the data as required
  • Coordinate with site material functional leads to record and investigate the deviation from the approved data and initiate an approval at the engine manufacturer if required.
  • Collaborate with Data Migration team to provide the cleansed data in the format required by SAP
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams - sales & distribution, finance, production & engineering to ensure data sanctity is preserved in respective streams
  • Follow through materials data quality post-implementation to ensure data quality and accuracy.

Requirements
  • Associates degree in Information Technology / Business / Science.
  • Preferred: Knowledge / Experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repaid, Overhaul) materials management domain
  • Accurate and detail orientated attitude / Go getter, passionate and excellent analytical skills
