ROLE: Python AND Django                                                                            

Required:

Skill set (Must Have): Python AND Django

Preferred Skills:

Strong communication skills

Team player

Be able to jump into the project immediately without needing to develop skills

Web development experience 

Needs to have direct experience with automated deployment, scrum/agile teams, peer code reviews, test writing, and everything else we would expect from a senior software engineer

Be familiar with writing API's and refactoring codebases

Strong knowledge of modern web frameworks and different view types

Needs to be able to give in depth detail on experiences

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT related field

5+ years of experience with software development

Ability to lead and mentor associates

Strong communication skills; written and verbal

Strong critical thinking and systematic problem solving skills

Live or willing to relocate to the Kansas City area
