MARKETING SAMPLE COORDINATOR

INFINIUM Wall Systems is a family-owned turn-key manufacturer of interior Glass Wall Systems

headquartered in Strongsville, OH. Founded in 2003, INFINIUM has experienced significant

strategic growth fueled by world class People, Products, and Process. INFINIUM has built a great

reputation in the industry for saying what we do and doing what we say. We are the pioneers of the

direct business model which is now adopted by many in the industry.

INFINIUM has the need for a full-time Sample Coordinator/Marketing Assistant that is

conscientious, hardworking, and dedicated to join our team with the following:

Responsibilities:

• Accurately fulfill sample requests by pulling, packaging, and shipping product samples in any of

our various product types, nine standard finish colors, and glass product samples in varying glass

types.

• Create and apply labels on all sample items and boxes for clarity, consistency, and tracking.

• Ensure samples and labels are presented in a clean, professional, and aesthetically pleasing

manner.

• Maintain and organize sample inventory to ensure availability and quality.

• Maintain and organize sample label templates, making updates as needed.

• Monitor stock levels and create restock lists for glass, chips, and extrusions as needed.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality, timely and accurate replenishment of

materials.

• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outgoing sample shipments.

• Track all outgoing shipments and accurately communicate tracking numbers to the appropriate

team members or clients via tracking software.

• Monitor process and address any shipping issues as needed.

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Production to understand sample needs and timing.

• Provide status updates to stakeholders and ensure samples are aligned with client expectations.

• Support trade show and marketing efforts by preparing bulk or specialized sample sets as

requested.

• Store and handle all sample materials with care to maintain quality and integrity of finish.

• Assist Marketing team with miscellaneous duties as required (printing, cutting, assembling,

boxing, shipping various marketing materials, assisting with event planning and coordination, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree

preferred.

• Years of relevant experience: 2+ years in logistics, shipping/receiving, or a similar role preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Professional and courteous communication style.

• Experience working with all levels within an organization.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and shipping software (UPS, FedEx).

• Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs. and be on feet for extended periods.
