Job description

Join our team and make a difference at Remuda Golf Course!

Evening and weekend availability is required. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

This is not a traditional office or receptionist position. The job involves both indoor and outdoor work and is ideal for someone who understands golf, customer service, and a dynamic reservation-paced environment. This position is best suited for those comfortable actively moving during a shift.

Responsibilities

  • Check in golfers and process tee time reservations.
  • Organize the tee sheet and send groups to the first tee while maintaining pace of play.
  • Answer phones and assist customers with reservations and questions.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and handle retail sales.
  • Stage, clean, and organize golf carts.
  • Assist with driving range operations and general golf course setup.
  • Help with golf leagues, tournaments, and special events.
  • Work as part of a team to keep the golf shop and surrounding areas clean, organized, and welcoming.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, professional, and dependable.
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Available most weekends, and holidays.
  • Golf experience or knowledge of the game is strongly preferred. Applicants who play golf or have golf course experience will receive priority consideration.
  • High school diploma and valid drivers license.
  • Must have or be willing to get a food handlers permit and beer server certificate.
