ABOUT THE ROLE
This part-time position at Legacy House of Spanish Fork requires flexibility with a typical schedule of 10-14 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure our residents receive exceptional support around the clock.
As the part-time Front Desk Receptionist, your day begins with a warm smile as you greet residents, family members, and visitors. You expertly manage incoming phone calls, directing inquiries and taking messages to ensure effective communication within the team. You keep the front desk organized, perform light cleaning, sort mail, and assist with various administrative tasks, all while creating a friendly atmosphere that makes everyone feel welcome.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:

  • Friendly, compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone
  • Basic computer skills for administrative tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
