Admin Receptionist

MH Ogden - Pleasant View, UT 84404

Position Overview

Admin Receptionist

$2000 sign-on bonus

At Arnold, we have assembled the most comprehensive machinery support team in the western United States. There is nothing in our inventory as valuable as the associates who carry our reputation into the marketplace.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • This person will assist with many days to day office functions.
  • The main function is to answer and direct all incoming calls and meet and greet all walk-in customers.
  • Process and code all invoices and payments
  • Process A/P
  • Help to maintain a balanced A/R
  • Submit all credit cards, petty cash, and checks to the main office
  • Maintain and improve the filing system
  • Submit payroll
  • Assist in daily parts counter help as an assistant
  • Process all documents related to sales, rentals, and demos
  • Work with walk-in customer
  • Support sales reps as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook required
  • High energy with a positive and friendly "can-do" attitude
  • Ability to work independently in a team environment and take initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.
  • Polished and professional appearance
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, able to prioritize, possess strong multi-tasking skills, able to exercise good judgment and apply discretion
  • Strong knowledge of office equipment and functionality
  • Bilingual
Requirements:
  • Reception experience with multiple phone lines.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Reaches to answer phones
  • Read paperwork, files, and records on the computer
  • Communicates by phone and in person
  • Bends body to file various paperwork
  • Walking and moving about on foot often through uneven terrain
  • Hears well enough to receive communication by radio, phone, and in person
  • Bends body downward and forward by bending at knees or waist
  • Remains in a standing position if required to perform various functions of the job
