Job description

South Valley Ear, Nose & Throat is seeking a full-time receptionist to join our team. Applicant should possess excellent customer service skills, interact well with patients, and take initiative. They should have a pleasant demeanor, be willing and able to work with others on a team, be organized and able to multitask. Responsibilities include greeting and registering patients, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, collecting copays and deposits, inquiring on insurance eligibility and benefits, referrals, and other clerical duties such as scanning, faxing, and data entry.
Previous experience in a medical office is not required but is strongly recommended. We offer competitive pay, which is dependent upon experience and certification. Benefits include health, dental, disability and life insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, and 401k.
The work schedule is full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. This position will primarily be based in our Fort Union office with travel to our West Jordan and Riverton offices.
