Administrative Assistant

Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant professional to join our team! The position requires the following, but is not limited to:

  • Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.
  • Effectively communicate with other departments through verbal and/or written correspondence.
  • Operate telephone switchboard handling incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Organize and distribute branch mail.
  • Assists with other duties as assigned within the department or elsewhere on request.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • High school education or its equivalent is preferred
  • Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Organize and interpret data
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments
