Welcome to Comfort Dental Louisville!

We are seeking a full-time licensed dentist to join our practice full-time either as an associate or as a partner.

A little about Comfort Dental:

Each Comfort Dental location is individually owned and operated. Each office maintains 2-4 full-time dentists to share in responsibilities and minimize operating costs. Having multiple doctors in each office minimizes each partners workload and maximizes your take home salary.

What are the operating hours of the office?

Our office is open Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 7:30pm and Saturday from 7:30am to 1:30pm. Dentists rotate working hours but typically do 33 clinical hours per week. It is expected that each dentist work 1-2 Saturdays per month. The extended hours of the clinic mean that you work longer days, but fewer days per week. Say hello to only working 3 days out of every week!

How much are dentists paid?

Associate dentists are paid 30% of collections minus lab fees. Partners in the practice are paid based on collections of the individual minus office overhead. As a partner your take home salary will be much higher than as an associate. For this reason we are highly encouraging the partner route. It is also an option to start as an associate and later become a partner. The average Comfort Dental Partner has a take home pay of over $400,000/year.

Are there any additional incentives to joining?

Yes! We are excited to announce that we are offering a $5,000 sign-up bonus to join as an associate. Please contact us about the details of the sign up bonus.

What is the practice and the area like?

The practice is located in the beautiful city of Louisville, CO. It is an ideal location for living because it has quick access to downtown Denver. If you are a Rockies or Broncos fan you won't have far to drive to see your team play. Heading west you have a beautiful mountain range with all the amazing outdoor recreation you can dream of.

The practice itself is located in a convenient spot right off the highway. There are 6 operatories that are set up for all dental procedures. The office has a CBCT, which is an invaluable tool for implant placement, complex molar endodontics, or airway/breathing analysis. In addition to the CBCT, we have a Trios 3shape scanner, which makes all lab cases a breeze, whether it is crowns, bridges, removable appliances, or surgical guides.

Last but not definitely least, we have an amazing team. Our dental assistants are highly trained as expanded function dental assistants with decades of experience.

What if I am fresh out of dental school and feel like I should do a residency instead?

First off, we would love a new graduate to join us. Everyone has to start somewhere and so we want to make sure you have the support you need. We do offer a mentorship option in which you have access to one of the partners to help you as needed. Let us know if the mentorship route is of interest to you.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
  • Active state dental license in good standing
  • Proficiency in prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery
  • Experience with CAD/CAM technology for restorative dentistry
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to educate patients on oral health care

Has this piqued your interest?

If this has caught your interest we would love to get to know you. Please reach out and we will set up a time to meet!
