Senior Associate / Partner Attorney — West Annapolis, MD

McAllister, DeTar, Showalter & Walker LLC (“MDSW”) seeks an experienced attorney looking to make an impact in Annapolis. We welcome driven candidates with a portable book of business who are motivated to join the Firm’s expanding West Annapolis office.

This opportunity is well suited for a partner level or senior attorney with an established practice synergistic with the Firm’s existing practice areas. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, ready to lead, and eager to make their own mark while cementing the Firm’s commitment to the Annapolis market. The role offers compensation that ranks among the most competitive in the region and an environment that encourages collaboration and camaraderie.

What you bring:
  • 8+ years of practice experience
  • A portable book of business
  • Maryland bar admission (DC or Virginia a plus)
  • A track record of managing client relationships, matters and staff independently
