Job Description:
Accelerate ASU expands access to college credit opportunities for high school students through dual and concurrent enrollment partnerships with schools, districts, and community organizations across the world. The Partner Coordinator supports the successful implementation and ongoing operation of these partnerships through partner onboarding, program support, data management, and operational coordination.
Working under the guidance of Partner Managers and senior team members, this role helps ensure partners have the resources, information, and support needed to successfully launch and sustain dual enrollment programs. The Partner Coordinator also plays an important role in maintaining accurate partner data, supporting team operations, and contributing to a positive partner experience.
This position offers an opportunity to develop expertise in dual enrollment, partnership management, and higher education outreach while contributing to ASU's mission and charter to expand educational access and opportunity.
This role is based at ASU's Tempe campus. A fingerprint background check is a mandatory step in the hiring process.
Position Salary Range:
  • $55,000 - $62,000 per year; depending on experience

Essential Duties:
The Associate Partner Manager supports the growth and success of Accelerate ASU partnerships through partner onboarding, implementation support, data management, and operational coordination.
Partner Onboarding and Program Support
  • Support onboarding activities for new partner schools, districts, and community organizations, including communications, training coordination, resource distribution, and implementation support.
  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned partners and programs, particularly smaller-enrollment partnerships, providing guidance and support under the direction of Partner Managers and senior team members.
  • Assist with partner outreach, follow-up communications, and relationship management activities to support partner engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate meetings, trainings, and partner-facing events to support successful program implementation.
  • Support the resolution of routine partner questions and elevate complex issues to appropriate team members.

CRM and Data Management
  • Maintain accurate partner records, engagement activities, and program information within HubSpot and other systems.
  • Support CRM data quality efforts, including record maintenance, data cleanup, list management, and documentation updates.
  • Assist with reporting activities by gathering and organizing partnership, enrollment, and engagement data.
  • Support team members in maintaining consistent CRM practices and data standards.

Operational and Event Support
  • Assist with planning and logistics for partner meetings, conferences, webinars, trainings, and other events.
  • Coordinate registration, materials, communications, and other operational components that support partner engagement activities.
  • Support marketing and communications efforts through content distribution, asset management, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Represent Accelerate ASU at conferences, partner events, and community engagement activities as assigned.

Continuous Improvement and Team Support
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner-facing processes, documentation, and operational workflows.
  • Share observations and partner feedback that help inform program improvements and enhance the partner experience.
  • Contribute to special projects and team initiatives that support the continued growth and effectiveness of Accelerate ASU.

Travel
  • This position requires up to 25% (or 4-7 days per month) of local, national, and international travel to partner sites, conferences, training, and team events.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with dual enrollment, concurrent enrollment, early college, College in the High School, or other college access programs.
  • Experience working in K-12 education, higher education, community-based organizations, or in roles that support partnerships with schools and districts.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining collaborative relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms to manage relationships, communications, and program data.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform recommendations, planning, and decision-making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and engage effectively with audiences.
  • Ability to quickly change priorities, which may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts.

Working Environment:
  • Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and manipulating a computer mouse; required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds.
  • May be required to perform tasks in the field within and/or across University campuses.
