Role Overview

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Capital Operations Analysts.

This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through Initio Sphereโ€™s certification, verification, and approval process.

  • Once approved, Capital Operations Analysts:
  • Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform
  • Gain access to live deal flow and paid operational support work
  • Support investors, fund managers, and operators across transaction execution and post-close operations
  • Assist with portfolio monitoring, reporting, and capital processes
  • Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score

  • Support commercial and operational diligence workflows
  • Identify execution, integration, and operational risks

Analysts may only perform work in categories for which they are explicitly approved.

Compensation & Deal Terms
  • Analysts operate as independent contractors, not employees
  • Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level
  • Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
  • Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
  • Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection
  • Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues
