American Wire Group (AWG) is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to support the execution of our commercial growth strategy. This role serves as the operational backbone of the sales organization, ensuring data accuracy, pipeline visibility, CRM compliance, and commercial reporting across AWG/CWC business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the quality, accuracy, and completeness of customer, contact, account, and opportunity data within Spiro CRM and Dynamics 365.
  • Ensure sales representatives close out or update activities and tasks.
  • Maintain target account lists and market segment classifications.
  • Support market mapping initiatives by collecting, validating, and organizing account data.
  • Associate Microsoft Dynamics 365 quotes and orders with corresponding Spiro opportunities.
  • Monitor pipeline health, opportunity aging, and next-step compliance.
  • Track and monitor weekly sales activities and CRM compliance.
  • Maintain target account lists and market segment classifications.
  • Support account prioritization, share-of-wallet analysis, and whitespace opportunity identification.
  • Maintain, and enhance Power BI/Spiro dashboards and commercial reports.
  • Support executive presentations and leadership reviews with accurate commercial data and insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Support adoption and continuous improvement of AWGs Sales App, Spiro and commercial technology ecosystem.
  • Coordinates weekly sessions to review lost opportunities reports


Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.

25 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Analytics, CRM Administration, or a related field.
