Job description

The Associate National Account Manager supports the National Account Manager in managing Swisher’s 7-Eleven business. This role focuses on enabling account success through analytics, coordination, and executional support. The Associate assists in customer engagement, internal alignment, and day-to-day account operations to help drive volume, revenue, and overall account performance.

Key Responsibilities Support the National Account Manager in the development and coordination of account strategies, promotional plans, and business initiatives Build and maintain strong working relationships with 7-Eleven Field Operations Advisors (FOAs) and field leadership teams to support executional alignment and account objectives Develop relationships with 7-Eleven field management to strengthen communication, collaboration, and in-store execution support Participate in and support industry trade shows, customer meetings, and key account events Support in-field training and development of sales team members related to 7-Eleven initiatives, programs, and execution standards Provide day-to-day support for 7-Eleven corporate initiatives, customer requests, and operational needs Lead and/or support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned Prepare materials, analysis, and insights for customer meetings, line reviews, and business reviews Analyze sales performance, distribution, and promotional effectiveness, surface insights and recommendations Coordinate logistics and support execution for trade shows, customer events, and key account engagements Assist in building customer presentations, selling materials, and category insights Partner with field sales teams to support store-level execution, resets, and program alignment Manage day-to-day account operations, including item setup/maintenance, promotional tracking, and issue resolution Coordinate cross-functional inputs (Sales Ops, Marketing, Trade) to ensure timelines and deliverables are met Track key initiatives and follow up on action items to support overall account performance Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Required 3+ years of sales, account management. CPG experience preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute with attention to detail Experience supporting large or national accounts is a plus Must be at least 21 at the time of employment Valid driver’s license Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field Travel: This position requires up to 50% travel, including overnight stays, based on the geographic area and customer needs. Preferred Education: Master’s degree in related field Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to (or exceeding) 45 lbs Capability to navigate convenience stores, warehouses, and retail environments, including climbing ladders and working in tight or confined spaces Ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods
