Alchemy Responsibilities
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, expenses, forecasts, time reviews, invoicing, and other financial reconciliations
  • Coordinate complex schedules with consulting resources and other project team members
  • Gather input from team members needed to develop customer meeting agendas
  • Follow up on and document important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Set up and demonstrate project management tools to customers
  • Maintain documentation in our project management collaboration tool and testing tool
  • Assist with collecting forecasting updates and gathering information for draft status reports
  • Update project reports and maintain project documentation including logs and schedules to notify PM and customers of variances from project plans
  • Develop and present a variety of materials
  • Review SOWs and change orders for accuracy
  • Coordinate team travel plans with customer needs
  • Schedule Workday Delivery Assurance Reviews
  • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications
About you (Required Skills)
  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a project coordinator or technical support role
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility, accountability, initiative, and self-motivation to identify and execute tasks
  • Ability to work in a highly deadline-driven environment with strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Technically savvy across a variety of systems with meticulous attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office experience (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%

  • Desire to learn more about project management
  • Experience within the higher education industry (college/university)
  • Smartsheet creation and maintenance experience including: Dashboards, Reports, Formulas, Helper Columns, Pivot Tables, Data Shuttles, Control Center, Forms and Sheet Automation, as well as integration skills to link data between Smartsheet and Workday

Pay Transparency Statement Compensation for roles at Alchemy varies based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, training, certifications, and overall business needs. Base Salary Ranges: Associate Engagement Manager: $100,000 – $117,500
