Job description

The Associate Engagement Manager (AEM) is responsible for managing the successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions for Crossfuze clients, supporting our Engagement Management team, and acting as the client contact for services. Additional responsibilities for the AEM include scheduling, resource management, providing project status, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. This position is fully remote, candidates for this role must be located in the United States.

Position Responsibilities Single point of contact for ServiceNow client engagements Responsible for client satisfaction throughout the engagement Understands the client business issues and problems and helps the client change the way they work Works with engagement managers to produce weekly project reports Manages project risks, issues, action items, and decisions Manages project resources, schedules, tasks, and other project work as requested by engagement managers Identifies opportunities to provide additional value to our clients Supports the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences Schedules and facilitates meetings, including producing agendas, meeting notes, and following up on meeting actions Maintain 75% billable utilization target after 180 days in the position Requirements A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Very strong communication skills with the ability to set appropriate expectations with clients Experience or training in project management Strong organizational and analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills, client‐centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve success with client software implementation projects Background working with external clients and companies is desirable Experience working on ServiceNow projects preferred Agile Scrum experience and Scrum Master certification is desirable ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification is preferred Benefits The quality of work is more important than when or where it gets done. Compensation Range The anticipated compensation range for this position is $70,000-110,000 USD annually.
