The Role: Program Manager and Growth Specialist
This role requires a proactive leader who can maintain high standards of service delivery for our current customer base while simultaneously actively seeking new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for personnel management and a strategic liaison between our staff and the Government Manager.  
Location: WisEngineering HQ,  Denville, NJ 
Start: Immediate
Compensation: Base Salary DOE
Required: US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Key Responsibilities

Program Management: Provide direct oversight of one or more programs and personnel, facilitating internal communications and ensuring all personnel are effectively integrated into the mission.
Government Liaison: Act as the primary interface between WisE staff and the Government Manager to ensure seamless operational coordination and professional service delivery.  Represent WisE with high integrity, demonstrating a firm understanding of government contracting.
Business Development and Proposal Development: Proactively identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing contract vehicles and across the broader DoD landscape. This includes active participation and assistance in formal proposal development for new task orders and contracts.
Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day administrative functions, including time sheet approvals, leave management, and the resolution of HR or personnel-related issues.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a management capacity is required, ideally within a military, government, or defense contracting environment
  • Practical knowledge of government contracting mechanisms, including IDIQ vehicles, the RFP process, and standard industry terminology
  • Must possess advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with a clear background to meet site and contract requirements
  • Experience with DoD/Military or Government contracting background is preferred
