Highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Engineer to play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our cutting-edge systems. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of Optomec DED systems. Your primary objective will be to merge technical expertise with excellent customer service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure Optomec systems at customer sites
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues onsite and through phone, email, and chat
  • Guide customers through onboarding processes and assist with installation and updating matters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the CRM system
  • Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve products and services

  • Able to utilize commercial air, ground and self-drive transportation
