About the team/role

Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, the Associate Customer Success Manager will support Checkr's most strategic customer relationships as part of a high-performing team dedicated to helping enterprise and gig economy customers succeed with Checkr's background check platform. This role will own day-to-day account support tasks, help track account health, and assist senior CSMs in preparing for customer meetings and business reviews across some of Checkr's largest accounts. The Associate CSM will partner closely with Product, Solutions, Engineering, Operations, and Support teams, gaining broad exposure to how Checkr serves its most important customers as the company continues to grow.

What you'll do

  • Support senior CSMs in managing day-to-day operations for strategic accounts, including tracking open items and following up on customer requests
  • Help prepare materials for customer meetings, business reviews, and executive check-ins
  • Monitor account health signals and flag risks or opportunities to the account team
  • Assist in troubleshooting customer issues by partnering with Support, Operations, and Engineering
  • Maintain accurate account records and notes in Salesforce and other internal systemsContribute to internal projects that improve how the Customer Success team serves strategic accounts

What you bring
