Our client, a top-tier nationally recognized law firm, is seeking an Antitrust & Technology Disputes Associate to join its highly regarded litigation practice in either New York or Connecticut.

This practice handles high-profile antitrust matters and complex technology-related disputes for major corporate clients across a broad range of industries. The group represents clients in all phases of federal and state antitrust litigation, government investigations, merger review and clearance matters, and strategic counseling. The practice also has a significant focus on sophisticated technology disputes, including matters involving platform competition, unfair competition, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:
โ€ข Represent clients in federal and state antitrust litigation and related commercial disputes
โ€ข Assist with government and regulatory investigations involving competition-related issues
โ€ข Support merger review and HSR clearance matters
โ€ข Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery-related documents
โ€ข Conduct legal research and factual analysis related to antitrust and technology matters
โ€ข Participate in depositions, witness preparation, hearings, and case strategy development
โ€ข Work closely with clients on complex and high-stakes litigation matters involving technology and competition issues

Qualifications:
โ€ข 3+ years of litigation experience
โ€ข Prior antitrust experience required
โ€ข Experience with HSR matters is a plus
โ€ข Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
โ€ข Excellent academic credentials
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
