Our Antitrust and Competition practice is seeking lawyers who have three to four years of post-JD experience (excluding judicial clerkships). Our global competition practice encompasses merger clearance, cartel investigations, private and government litigation and compliance counseling. We are seeking an associate to join our Boston, Los Angeles or Washington, DC office.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience with antitrust litigation including private actions, class actions, or government actions.
  • Juris Doctor
  • Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
  • Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
