As the Assistant Vice President, you will help to oversee our residential adult DDD programs located throughout Southern New Jersey.
Schedule: Full-time; Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5pm with 30 minute lunch break
Location: Lumberton, Burlington County NJ with tentative travel within the field to various locations
Competencies:
The ideal candidate must have an understanding of how the environment impacts individual functioning and the need to provide for a normal lifestyle for the consumers served; and the ability to build a positive work environment by fostering collaboration and trust among staff. In addition, the candidate must be creative and establish age appropriate learning techniques
Responsibilities: Under the direct supervision of the Vice President, the Assistant Vice President is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
  • Support multiple programs
  • Oversight of all DDD Program, Clinical, Physical Plan, Daily Operation and Licensing
  • Implement the annual budget
  • Monitoring and Maintaining Agency-wide Division of Developmental Disabilities regulations
  • Coordination and support for RFP's related to growth and Development with DD services
  • Special projects related to DDD services as needs arise
  • Be available in emergency situation on a 24-hour basis
  • In-charge in the absence of Vice President
  • Supervision of Supports Service Coordinators
  • Travel required throughout New Jersey

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in related field plus;
  • Two (2) years supervisory experience;
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
