Job description

The Crawford County R2 School District seeks a Middle Schoolย Assistant Trackย Coach for the 2026-27 school year.ย  The coach will work under the supervision of the track coach, following CCR2 and MSHSAA Board Policies. The coach must demonstrate strong leadership in player development, sportsmanship, integrity, and character development. Qualified candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills. They must demonstrate adequate knowledge of the skills and strategies of running.ย  The assistant coach must attend all meets and practices during normal, after-school practice hours, Tuesday- Saturday, and during the set practice window on Mondays. The stipend will start at step 1 of the Extra Duty Stipend Schedule and increase by one step each additional year as a Cuba coach.ย 

Requirements:ย 

  1. Substitute Certificate
  2. Completion of all required NFHS, MSHSAA, and CCR2 required training.
