Position:  Middle School Diving Coach
Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of fundamental skills diving.
  • Previous swimming and coaching experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent team and interpersonal skills.
  • Evidence of high standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity in personal and professional matters.
  • Excellent rapport with high school students.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and good disciplinary skills.
  • Knowledge of MHSAA rules and regulations.
  • Appropriate certification.
  • Ability to work in an economically, culturally and racially diverse environment.

Physical and Mental Demands, Work Hazards:  

  • Ada Requirements:  The physical demands, work environment factors, and mental functions described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
