Job description

Well-established, and busy, Workers' Comp/Employment law firm seeking a personal/legal assistant who is highly organized and time-efficient.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of administration assistant position
  • Quick study and fast learner
  • College degree is preferred
  • Spanish speaking is preferred
  • Excellent client handling and communication skills
  • Good writing skills
  • Extremely organized, prompt and honest
  • Able to handle the demands of a busy law office
  • A proven track record of being responsible, professional and results-oriented
  • Experience is preferred but not required. We’ll provide training for the right candidate
  • Able to multi-task and assist the attorneys with their assignments, errands, and personal projects

Duties

  • Assist the law firm in legal matters with regards to Workers Compensation, Personal Injury, and/or Employment law
  • Assist the Partner of the firm with their personal assignments, tasks, and projects with a pleasant disposition
