Job description

LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading Chicago-based venture capital firm to hire an Executive Assistant to support a Managing Partner in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment. This role is best for someone who is extremely proactive and comfortable partnering with senior executives.
What you'll do
  • Manage a complex, high-volume calendar and shifting priorities
  • Handle expense management and reconciliation with strong attention to detail
  • Coordinate frequent travel (often private aviation; occasional commercial)
  • Book hotels and manage itineraries as needed
  • Provide additional office/operations support as needed (office manager-style support)

What we're looking for
  • Around 3-4+ years of executive assistant experience
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and professionalism
  • Proactive, pre-emptive support style (anticipates needs before being asked)
  • High resilience/thick skin and ability to navigate varying leadership styles
  • Comfortable working fully on-site in Chicago

Key Details
  • Location: Chicago, IL (Loop) | On-site Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Work Model: Contract-to-Hire
