Assistant to the President
 
Our client is seeking an Assistant to the President to provide high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership. Acting as a central coordination point for the President's office, this role is responsible for managing priorities, facilitating communication, coordinating key activities, and ensuring the efficient execution of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
 
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Manage a complex calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence on behalf of the President
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Anticipate needs and proactively coordinate priorities to support executive effectiveness
  • Coordinate company events, corporate functions, and related logistics
  • Prepare reports, presentations, communications, and business documentation as required
  • Administer company vehicle records, including insurance, registration, and maintenance tracking
  • Process expense submissions and reconcile corporate credit card transactions
  • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives across the organization
  • Maintain organized records, documentation, and executive office operations
