We're looking for a Multi-Site Clinic Manager to lead our established dental practices in Edmonton and Red Deer. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident dental leader who thrives on building strong teams, improving operations, and creating an exceptional experience for both patients and team members.

About the Opportunity

As our Multi-Site Clinic Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of two established Alberta practices, working closely with doctors, Practice Managers, and support teams to ensure both locations are running smoothly and successfully.

You'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, implement improvements, develop your teams, and help drive the continued growth of both practices.

What You'll Do
  • Provide leadership and operational oversight across both Edmonton and Red Deer locations
  • Support and coach Practice Managers and dental teams to achieve their goals
  • Partner with doctors and leadership to drive practice performance and patient experience
  • Monitor schedules, workflows, staffing, and overall clinic operations
  • Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions
  • Build a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and team development
  • Ensure both practices consistently deliver an exceptional patient experience
